Do you need assistance 'virtually'
24/7 ?
You may choose a fully managed service - this means
that all maintenance, back-ups, updates etc. are handled
by technicians at our end. Or if your data communications
are critical and something goes wrong our expert technicians
will be 'virtually' with you until it's sorted. Choosing
a fully managed service means that it is not essential
for any of the users to be technically minded, so it
is ideal for companies without an IT manager –
or it may mean that your IT manager will finally have
more time to devote to in-house development projects!
Training
Training is geared to customers needs and requirements,
as agreed during the installation period. The format
and scope of the training is tailored to the needs and
experience levels of the operators / personnel to be
trained. CB Soft recognise that training may have
to be split over several days to accommodate the client's
normal working schedule. In any event all installations
and products have telephone support for a 3 month period
after the installation date. We offer the highest level
of co-operation to all our customers.
